I have the Western Chassis shackles and hangers on my '92 and they are great
*but* the minimum rear drop is 3". I believe Bill wanted to drop his only
1". A 1" lowering block with longer u-bolts would do just what he wants.
Summit has a kit for $19.95 that may work.
