IAT adjuster dirty, (maybe)? Its easy to clean, might be worth a try.

Your cat may be on the way out. You should be able to get a new
one for around $50 (actually, it is probably still covered by the
factory emissions warranty - I believe they are required to warranty
them for quite a while, might be worth checking out at the dealership)
I don't think an injector cleaning would do anything for you because
if anything, clogged injectors would lean out your fuel mixture, and
in order to get the above code, the opposite would be true (too rich).
I think that a problem with your fuel injectors would have showed up in
other codes before a P0420 was triggered.
You've already eliminated the O2 sensors themselves, if it were me
I'd check into the cat.
