California Paved Roads and PA are the same road crew?

It could be worst, watching the road crew laying new asphalt is like
watching a drunk driving down the highway. Maybe the hirer the same crew to
do the roads.

I've seen those potholes around Philly on the interstate. Now that is scary.
They should look there first when someone is reported missing.
