This is in response to the thread started by Bill White. Bill, I forwarded
your complaint to AAR and the following is the reply from Alan Allard (AAR).
He tried to send it to the DML but it was in HTML format so I guess it
didn't go through.

Subject: Re: FW: AAR Fiberglass, Poor Customer Services

Your email was forwarded to us by a good friend and I am personally
responding,
first of all let me just say thank you for the complement on the products we
sell.
Secondly for the past 2 months we have been getting our new building ready
so we can move in. With the building of grinding booths, spray booths,
setting up the shop and office and meeting with contractors and
sub-contractors I have been putting in 16-18 hours a day EVERYDAY. Still
with all of this I need to keep my employees busy and keep production going,
and since I'm the only one who does all the shipping and finishing of our
products, I have more on my plate then I can handle on a typical day.
I get 3-6 phone calls a day from people who "want to talk" to me about some
product they think I need to make or some "ideas" they have. If I took time
to talk to each and everyone of them even if it was for 10-15 min each that
would put another 1-2 hours in my already very L O N G day. I'm sorry you
feel like I was putting you off, but until the things with the new shop get
complete and my life gets back to somewhat normal, I will not be able to
personally respond to every phone call. Rest assured if you had a problem
with our product, someone (maybe not me personally) would have been ready
and willing to help you.
Oh, and congratulations on your new Pro-finish hood!
Alan
