I have been using royal purple in my 98 v-6 since it was about 6 months old,
its now got over 82,700 miles on it and it sounds just like it did when it
was new, no rattles or funky noises what so ever, it has never used oil
period.
I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars for performance, just my $. 02 as well, Jon
