It's a fancy name for "boxed". They take a steel tube, put it inside a
form and push hot, high-pressure fluid through it to shape it to match
the form. Rather than a C-channel frame (which we have) you end up with
a full boxed framerail (which you can get by welding a plate to your
C-channel)
