I don't know about priority BUT if they find one that's early in the
build order that matches you'll get it. My father's Durango took 14
weeks to get delivered - 6 weeks to build, then it failed inspection so
they had to slot it into the build order all over again.
The factory plans very far in advance because of JIT. Your aunt got lucky.
