Ey Mista Blasta!!

I just returned from a mini wheeling adventure today - if it will make
you feel any better heh. I took a certain 4 door non Chrysler SUV that
you are familiar with, up to my place further north (the one I told ya
about). Went down the snow covered dirt roads with it. Granted the
snow depth was that of about only a foot or a little more than a foot.
But I had feared it would get stuck in that amount. As it was I think
if the snow had been any deeper I may have had trouble. The tires on
that SUV are Michelins but have a very non agressive tread. I think the
sipes were what kept traction. Tire is covered with sipes from the
factory. They have wonderful wet and winter traction and I would buy
them again (only) as an all season highway tire.

I didn't take the Jeep because the tires on that thing, are for all
intents - bald. I've nearly spun out in the Jeep several times now in
Wisconsin snow storms. Need new rubber. I did take a couple minutes of
vid footage I could snap a few stills from - if that will quench your
offroad thirst?

I feel yer pain my friend! Its only Feb and I am going nutty (more than
I normally am) waiting to go wheelin again in 03. The winter blahs are
terrible! Todays snow excursion only fueled the flames within.

I *NEED* MUD!!!!!

(PS - Hey Jon, don't drain ALL the water outta The Pit - heheh)
