Top of Windshield trim??

We just bought a 2003 Quad Cab. Going over it today, I see that there is a
gap at the top of the windshield, on the outside. It looks to me as though
there should be a rubber gasket in there...but maybe not? It's just glass,
gap, roof.

The dealer is quite a distance from here, so I'd like to know whether there
should be some rubber trim in there before I take it back.
