Checking my '03 Dodge Trucks brochure, the highest trailer weight I can find is 16,300 (Ram 3500 4x2 QC). Maybe you're thinking GVWR?

QC 4x4 Dak w/ 4.7L - 5950 lbs trailer max...sigh...
