Tranny, mounts (both engine to chassis and accessories to engine),
complete wiring harness (and associated electronics) for starters. In
my opinion, if you're going to go to the trouble of an engine swap, you
may as well go as big as possible (within budget and packaging
constraints), as no matter what engine you choose, you'll have roughly
the same number of things that you need to replace or at least do work on.
