Well it's been somewhere around two weeks since I contacted Cafepress
about replacing my three defective 2003's. They said replacements would
be sent out - no problem. Well they never arrived. I just hung up the
phone with them after being told theres nothing they can do at the
moment because their computer systems are down - they asked if I could
call back in about an hour. (grumble)
