They only sell that tensioner as a unit...I got a price of over $100!

IMHO, replace the tensioner too, even if it's still OK. I left mine on
when it was marginal, and the next thing you know, I was replacing a
water-pump too... Dodge considers a tensioner a wear item just like a
belt or a brake shoe...
