   I haven't, but from what I have seen from people who have, generally
they use something like dryer duct to direct the air up to the airhat.
If you are going this route, it would probably be worthwhile to cut
a hole on the driver's side of the airhat and add an intake hose there
as well so that you can have two ducts running to the air hat. (There
are also fiberglass aftermarket units available which already have
provisions for two ducts.) Most folks route the cold air ducts to
just behind the grille or down to the air dam area.
