We got another $$#$@ 8" of snow here yesterday. My neighbor comes over and
tells me her husband is stuck with a dead battery in the next town over. So,
I hop in the Dak to go help him out. (This particular neighbor is a friend
and he's the finance manager at the local Dodge dealer so I like doing him
favors).
I get there and he's in a Durango. I get out my jumper cables. Guess what?
The connectors that go around the battery terminals on our trucks are so big,
the jumper cable clamps BARELY fit around them. Frankly, I'm surprised I
pushed enough juice to start his truck. There isn't enough of a nub from the
battery post sticking up to clamp onto that either. Just a heads up in case
anyone goes to do this.
