Yep, it is. I saw that boot also (I have an automated e-bay search
set up for "dakota convertible") :-) Pretty pricey though - somewhere
around $500 I think. (That was actually the 2nd time I saw that cover
listed so I guess he didn't sell it the first time either.) I think if
I ever need to remove the top I'll just use a couple of straps to hold
it closed and throw a tarp over it. :-) Plus, I live about 10 minutes
away from Amish country and there is an excellent leatherworker there
who could probably build me a custom boot for a lot less money. :-)
Thanks for the heads-up though!

No prob. On the heads up. I was just back there looking for any hidden goodies of dak stuff and looked at the price. I think he is a little off. While it may be a rare truck and has good potential to become more valuable over the years I think he's a little early on the price point. Maybe in ten or fifteen years.
There was a black convertible listed two weeks ago by a dealer here in Margate where I live. I decided to check it out. That truck was almost like brand new. It had to have been garage kept by someone who really liked it. I don't know if it sold or not and I haven't been by the dealer to see if it's there but it wish I had the cash at this time to get it. Very nice.
