difference between flywheel on 5.9 or 5.2

Does anyone know the difference between the flywheel/torque convertor on a
5.9 and a 5.2 I ask because the "bracket fighter" torque convertor that I got
from APS precision doesn't line up with the holes on the flywheel for my 5.2
(390 stroker). The holes are about a 1/2 a hole off.
