Subject: DML: Truck won't start when warm.... Update!!

well i ended up bringing the truck back home... the shop found the computer

to be bad. so i went over there and the guy showed me. it would start when

the check engine light came on initially. but wouldn't start when it did
not come on. thus it not a getting a signal from the pcm. so now that it
is warm the stuff in the pcm gets hotter and gives it more problems... so
instead of them having to buy the part and labor and such, i paid the $90
for diagnosing and bought the computer myself from the dealer for $250 with
employee discount. so not the cheapest thing... but as long as it works...

i would have never replaced the computer first off, so i'm glad i paid the

money to have them tell me it was that. so another day with the minvan...
the computer should be in tomorrow... thanks for the input..
