<Have a 2K Durango blowing 15A Park Lamp fuse. This is labeled as "14" on
the block. I have physically removed all parking lamps from the harness and
the fuse still blows as soon as parking lamps are turned on>

Bill, The parking lamp position turns on not only the parking lights, but
the taillights, license plate lights, and the cluster lights.
The short could be in any of these or in any of the wires feeding any of
these lights.
Basically, any wire that is energized by the parking light switch could be
the source of the short and there are lots of them running to all the
corners of the vehicle. Sorry this doesn't sound encouraging but there is a
lot more to this circuit than just the front amber lights.
