I have had nothing but bad luck with the Walmart Eveready batteries...only
use Red Tops now. CC amps depends on the size of your engine, but a general
rule of thumb is 100 amps for every liter engine, example 5.2 engine=at
least 520 cc amps. I usually go bigger though.

Well...just got a call from Autozone. Battery is dead
as a doornail. won't hold any charge at all. Anyone
know what kind of cold cranking amps battery is
supposed to have for my truck? The one that was in it
was a walmart battery.

Also, I would like to investigate this catalytic
converter issue more. Someone else mentioned it. And
as far as replacing 02 sensor...I've tried. Maint reqd
light has been on for several months. I know. Should
have gottent to it sooner. I can't get my hands in
there underneath with wrench. And that y-pipe looks
impossible to get off. Unless someone has expertise
with this year. I also have the local rent-a-tool 02
sensor tools.
