Spent $60 on a new switch today. Did not fix. Pulled the aftermarket radio
new fuse and everything worked. Wound up being the hot wire for the
external amp touching the chassis of the radio. Did not think of this in
the beginning because it was in the Dakota for 3 years problem free. Now to
pay the restocking fee to the dealer to take the switch back. Also found
out the extended warrenty will cost me $200 at the dealer for repair work.
Have not used it but not impressed with it yet. Bill
