I had bought this fan last week and picked it up this monday... I finally
got around to just loosely hooking it up with some spare wire and a 30 amp
fuse to the battery....... HOLY HELL!! This thing is nuts!! On low (its 2
speeds) it pulls more air than the stock viscous fan does, on high, it wants
to take off!! I turned the fan off, and checked voltage at the battery with
the truck on, 14.16 With the fan on, lights on, A/C, and blower on high it
drops down to only 13.6VDC. Not too bad I didnt think, and how often do I
have all that stuff on anyway? With just the fan and lights it held at
14.13VDC. Man I cant wait to get this thing in, if only I werent going to
the beach this weekend....
