I'll tell you why-
Ray Evernham, the 9 and 19 car owner, has recently made an alliance
with Penske for restrictor plate engines. Penske and Jasper produce
engines for their Dodge Intrepids, and now Evernham Motorsports is using
the same engine as Rusty "I can never hold on to the Lead" Wallace and
Ryan Pole Position Newman.
Waddya think of that?!
