One thing to add to all the suggestions about drill a new into the floor or
where ever. If it come out on the outside, be sure to cover it with a bit of
paint or something on the outside side of it to prevent rust. If you like
getting carried away, put a dab of dialectic grease on the inside of that
ground screw or bolt.
Better safe then sorry!
