Which self test? Dash or actual PCM codes?

Subject: DML: 97 Dakota Engine Codes

I ran the self test on my 97 Dakota after my check engine light came on.

 I received 950, 960, and 999. I think I read in the archives 950 was
something to do with ABS and 999 was the end of the test. Does anybody
know what 960 is? Also about the 950, my truck only has rear ABS and I

do not have a error light on my dash. They appear to be working
correctly. Is this something I should worry about?

Thanks,
