Hi! Tom, Jason, Jon, Ray, ED, Andy
A suggestion to keep dismantle- installation in order is to draw a picture
on
a flat piece of cardboard of engine area, water pump' timing chain cover, or
whatever. As the bolts are removed, stick them thru the cardboard at their
location on the picture. This procedure will keep parts in order as to
length, thread size, strength of components for particular locations and
make the reassembly easier bearing in mind torque limits in the mtce manual.

This procedure may be of benifit in keeping vehicles together in the mud
pit, as lost part recovery is often difficult. embarrasing and costly!

Tom :-) You may want to use your chisel to create the bolt holes in the
cardboard . Please replenish all fluids before starting engine and check for
leaks!

Regards:
Jim :-)
