Your fans should not vibrate. If they have plastic blades, they should have
been formed to run true. If you have metal blades, straighten them and
check to see you don't have a heavy blade. If so, it can be filed to match
the others (approximately).

Does anyone that installed the Viper electric fan have
vibrations? I've installed 2 electric fans since I've owned
my Dakota (Flex dual and a large single) and both really
vibrate pretty bad. This time I'd like to see if that's just
the norm for every electric fan.
