Exactly, I have had the wrong part brought to me (different than the part I asked for) on a couple of occasions, but this process seems to bring the best results..

Hehehehehe...............we have a couple guy's that do that,
prevents them from saying they got the wrong part if they looked it up
themselves!!!..........
