That's correct - normally on LOW unless temp gets hotter...such as with the A/C
turned on.

You could always put an override toggle in the circuit to turn the high-speed
fan on whenever you want...but don't see it necessary to run all the time as
once you're moving, there's enough air rushing through the radiator (even my
BM150 fan doesn't come on on highway trips).
