Idle Problems, Need Help,

ok so today i got bored, got out the dremel tool and started cuttin away at
my tb,, cut the horns off, made it look a nice and shiney,, brand new used,
anyways,, go put it back on,, reset computer by turnin key for 30 seconds
with - terminal off, put back on,, start up dak,, and what do ya know,, its
idling at 2300 rpms, then jumps down to about 1800-2000 rpm,. and thats
where it stays,, in between there, the dak has ran for almost 30 mins by its
self, have not touched the gas at all,, Why wont it idle properly,, can
anyone help me out???
