I had a delta box in my Dak for a short while that they sell at Lowes here. it's not regular plastic, more of a fiber something or other (really strong). The cool part is that the small one (for mini trucks) fits almost flush, UNDER the bed-rails, but it is tapered , so you can still open it. For me the advantage was that I could stand on it, and I didn't have to drill my bed to mount it. They are cheap too, around $100 or so.

I've got a 2001 Dakota quad cab 4x4, and have been trying to locate a
truck box for the bed that fits properly, and haven't had any luck
locally. Everything I've looked at is either too big or too small. Any
help with model #'s and manufacturers would be greatly appreciated. I'd
like a plastic one, not a steel or aluminum one.

Also, how do you secure them in the bed? The ones I've seen don't seem
to have any mounts on them.

TIA
