If these rims are the factory rims, then the center cap is held on by
the stock lug nuts, they push onto the oustide of the lug nuts and cover
them up. Get the factory lug, which can be found at a good parts store
in the o/e shape and configuration.
If it's an aftermarket rim, then I'm assuming it would be a center cap
that pushes through the back of the wheel and is held on by the rim
being against the rotor.
