Plugs and T'Stat

Okay, it's been a while since I changed plugs. I have a 4.7L and want
the 180deg plugs. Can someone remind me what the Bosch plainum +4 part
number is?

Also, it's been even longer since I changed a T'Stat in my truck (new
truck requires new T'Stat). Can some one fill me in on the 180deg
brands and part numbers?

I got tired of searching the archives.
