That there be Tom Bubans 98 Dak.. he used some ferd axles (as is my plan).
He is a member of the list and would prolly be a bit better at answering
your questions about than most as his friggin rocks 8-)

I do know of one other guy that has yet to complete(travels alot) his
conversion using 95 1 ton Ram axles from a rolled truck he got at a
junkyard...

I also have this site for a gent that did a GenII Dak as well...
http://www.utahwest.com/Truck/fourwheeling.htm He has given me good insight
as well since I am doing a GenII however I will have to do some refiguring
as I'm leaf springing the front end of my Dak with the 1-ton ferd axles.
