ATF+4 is Chrysler specific - ATF+3 is available from other vendors.

I Boght the sensor today, thanks Bernd for the pricing info. They wer
going to charge me $25.90 for it, and I stopped the lady and said, I was
quoted $16.70, and showed her YOUR email [printed] with the part number
and price, and she said "OK, sorry" and charged me $16.70...
Un-freaking-Real.
  I am going to try driving both of the tires on one side up on ramps to
minimize fluid loss, but in case that is unsuccessful, can I just use
regular red ATF to Re-fill? Thanks again.

I did mine myself. If I remember right, this is the external sensor
that goes into the housing of the transmission. I did it without even
draining my trans fluid.

Use a deep socket (forgot what size) but it needs to be deep enough to
go over the end of the sensor like a spark plug socket. Make sure you
have the new one handy. Oiling up the gasket with trans fluid will stop
leaks (I learned the hard way).

When you take the sensor out, you will loose a liitle fluid. Depending
on how quick you are (I lost about 1/d quart) you won't lose much.

Reset the computer and your shifting would be solved.
