Josh, as long as you got it cleaned up within a few hours, have taken
care of your finish in the past and do "the whole job" after washing, I
think you'll be OK. I got egged a few years ago, washed & waxed the
next day (discovered it at night, I think), and never saw any problem in
the paint. And it was black, which would have shown it real easy.
