How do I adjust the throttle cable?

I was looking under the hood today and realized that I have about
1/2" of play in the throttle cable. It's routed under the little
roller, but there's enough slack I can just pull it around and over
the roller. It was getting dark so I didn't have time to mess with
it, but I'm assuming there's a way to take the slack out and adjust
the clip on the bracket, am I right?
