Carb cleaner does wonders on paint removal. and shouldn't hurt the liner (but test it first...)

I was helping my fiancee move this weekend and she decided to attempt to
move her white-painted desk out of the bed of the Dak on her own. So,
she slid (I assume with much difficulty) it on my Line-X'd bed and now
there are white streaks on my logo stencil where the paint came off the
desk.

Any easy way to get this off, or should I just let nature take its
course? It's latex paint.
