Possibility of unhooking the speedometer

I realize the implications of unhooking the speedometer, but I would like to
know if anyone can anonymously help me. If not I do understand.

I havent really investigated the under side of the new 2003 dakota yet.

Just wondering if anyone has had the need to reattach the cable.
