Heres a nice article on the 4.7's... they make a lot of comparisons to the
318, and go into detail whats different between them.

Since the stock engine puts out 235hp, I would say 300hp is not too
unrealistic. I would get a cold air intake, nice cat-back system, high flow
cat, headers, HO cams, and look into getting the intake manifold and heads
ported..... It should put you close to your goal.
