Off the top of my head - I think both the CKP (crankshaft) sensor and
the CMP (camshaft) sensor signals are required to be valid (from the
PCM's perspective) before the PCm will energise the ASD (auto shutdown)
relay which powers both the injectors as well as the coil. Sounds like
one of yours is bad (or wiring). There is a troubleshooting procedure
for both of these in the FSM that involve only a volt/ohm meter. The
procedure should be similiar regardless which vehicle (Ram, Van, Dakota,
3.9L, 5.2L, 5.9L, 93-present). Good Luck.
