Most any spray lube is going to pick up dirt.. I use WD, White lithium, Seligs, PB, Various silocone sprays just based on the area, and put up with occasionally cleaning crud...

This is something I would like to know in general. Right now though I
need it for the scissor jacks on the corners of our trailer, particularly
in the threads. They're really squeaky... the neighbor's kid says they
sound like his band class :-).
