Dan, two ways to avoid that.....
NEVER let off the gas,
or
Turn your radio up. :-)
If it's that faint it's probably nothing serious but I'd check the u-joints
just to be safe. There should be no up and down or side to side movement in
them. You may also notice that as you rotate the driveshaft back and
forth there will be a slight clunk from the rear end. A little movement of
this type is normal.
