Diet-Rite...No caffene, no sugar. (they use Splenda)... but it's carbonated... If you pour it warm, over ice, it loses most of that too..

    Yep, there are also several non-caffenated pops like orange, cherry,
7-up, sprite, root beer, etc. Although most of them still have a lot
of sugar and carbs. Adirondack makes a decent line of soft drinks
(called Waist Watcher, I think) which have no carbs and no sugar - and
they use sucralose instead of aspartame They have a cola, orange,
black cherry, lemon lime, and a whole bunch more. I usually *hate*
diet pop - I can't stand the nasty aftertaste. But this stuff I can
drink. You won't mistake it for Pepsi or Coke, but its decent,
without that strong aftertaste. Certainly better than any diet pop
I have ever tasted (diet coke, diet pepsi, etc.) and probably better
for you too since it doesn't have the aspartame. I also drink a lot
of milk.
