"Good" exhaust manifolds, what's the deal on these? I've a 99 318 that's still pretty stock, but
I'll be fooling with the exhaust relatively soon. Is the benefit from these manifolds enough to
warrant hunting down a set? Do the bolt right in to an exhaust system (cat forward) on a 99?
