i dunno. it really doesn't matter to me either way and i'm not willing to
argue the point. i got the impression that they were chromed from what it
said later on in the little blurb about being chrome plated and such.
Apparently the only way to settle this is to actually pick up the phone.
however, since i'm not interested in buying these wheels it doesn't really
effect me. If you are, I suggest that you give them a call to be sure about
what you'd be purchasing.
