 From my understanding, that is perfectly normal. As your RPM's
increase, the oil pump's rpms also increase, and it will move more oil.
    I think the deal is that the pump can only pump so much oil through
the clearances between the bearings and such, so the pressure should
level off after a certain rpm.

I had a tech article in one of my Mopar magazines that went over it in
detail and some actual knowledge. The gyst of it is: that fluctuation
in pressure is completely normal.
