I get the following error on my 1998 V6 with 77,000 mile
P0420 Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1

Is it time to replace the Cat of the O2 sensor? Is there something I can
check or monitor that will help me.
I have an OBD II scanner from www.obd-2.com
