It should. The rails for the cover clamp on the top of the bed rails.
It'll just sit up a bit higher. Oh, and there is a foam tape on the
bottom of the cover rails, so it doesn't scratch the paint. That should
conform to the diamond plate pattern and still give a good seal.
I also have a diamond plate on the edge of the tail gate. I had to shim
the cover a bit in order to get enough clearance for it to close properly,
but it worked okay.
