I had bolted my 4-point through the floor-board and have a 1/4" thick
steel plate in between the floor-board and the actual grade-8
bolts/washers. Don't just bolt it to the body or floor boards - not
safe that way.

Actually the seats hold me in well enough that the 5 pt isn't a
priority. I've got a 4 pt belt, but I'll have to go through the cab
wall to mount it. It'll happen sooner or later.
